Refund policy
1. BASIC TERMS
"Brand" means TAMRAT.
"Exchange" means returning an item for a size replacement or a store credit code.
"Credit Note" means a unique discount code given instead of a cash refund.
2. OUR REFUND POLICY NO (CASH REFUNDS)
At TAMRAT, we follow a strict non-cash refund policy. Once an order is delivered, we do not issue direct cash refunds back to your bank account or original payment method. If your return is approved, you will get a size replacement or a Store Credit Code.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
We only accept exchanges if they tick all these boxes:
- Condition: The t-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, un-ironed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Timeline: You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
- Unboxing Video: For any claims regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece, a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package from the start is compulsory. Without this video, we cannot process the claim.
- Valid Reasons: Exchanges are strictly for size issues or manufacturing defects.
4. WHEN WE WILL NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES
- Items that smell like deodorant/perfume, have stains, or show signs of being worn.
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
- Items bought during a special Sale, Clearance, or promotional discount drop.
5. HOW THE EXCHANGE PROCESS WORKS
Step 1: Drop us an email at SUPPORT@TAMRAT.IN with your Order ID, reason, and the unboxing video (if there's a defect).
Step 2: Our team checks it and replies within 24 to 48 hours.
Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- For size exchanges, a flat reverse shipping fee of ₹150 applies.
- For damaged or wrong items sent by us, TAMRAT bears all pickup costs.
Step 4: After our warehouse receives the tee, a Quality Check (QC) is done.
Step 5: Once it clears QC, we ship your new size or send you a Store Credit Code.
6. STORE CREDIT DETAILS
- Store credit codes are valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of issue.
- They are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
