Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS along with your Tracking ID.
- Processing time is independent of delivery timelines.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure fast delivery:

- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 8  business days.

Note: Delays may occasionally happen due to extreme weather, regional festive rushes, or courier operational issues.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India.
Please keep exact cash ready at the time of delivery for the courier agent.
To avoid fake or unconfirmed orders, our team may verify your order via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatching.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Prepaid Orders: Free / Standard shipping applies at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat ₹100 COD handling fee is added to the order total at checkout.

5. ORDER TRACKING

- Tracking links are shared via email and WhatsApp immediately after shipment.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier partner's system.

6. ADDRESS CHANGES & UNDELIVERED PARCELS (RTO)

Address edits are allowed within 2 hours of order placement by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 9251253685).
If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or customer refusal at delivery, the order will be canceled and returned to our facility.
For future orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) facility may be restricted for accounts with returned parcels.
